The property consists of 71 one and two bedroom, Standard, Courtyard and River View Apartments set in landscaped gardens. All are fully self-contained and serviced three times a week. The Ferry Terminal is a two minute walk away, as are an array of restaurants, shops, supermarket, Post Office and banks. Golf Courses and watersport activities are nearby, and it is a 10 minute walk to the Perth Zoo. All apartments have a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area with a separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There is an on-site guest laundry and a daily drycleaning service.
